Rental Property in Blackburn

Following the successful completion of a number of smaller projects one of our clients in Blackburn got in touch to enquire about the complete renovation of two further properties in their portfolio to make them ready for new tenants.

We stripped back all of the floor coverings and most of the plasterwork as both properties were in need of a serious overhaul.

We re-skimmed the walls and installed new central heating systems, kitchens, bathrooms, and internal doors in both properties.

Time was of the essence on this project for our client as our client needed to get these back on the market as soon as possible.
